Howdy! - my name is Cohen Maberly, I’m a photographer & creative based on the far south coast of NSW,
My images are heavily inspired by the underground music, art and surf culture of the region, as well as my fascination with vintage Australiana and Native Flora & Fauna.
Over the past few years, I’ve been honing my craft towards music & portrait photography my work also covers band promos, group and family sessions, as well as hospitality, menu and real estate photography.
I’m drawn to photography because it spotlights contemporary culture through the lenses of Live Music, Surfing, and Art.
I’m eager to bring my unique perspective, artistic vision and technical expertise to your next project.
I acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters on which I live, work, and create, the Yuin People of the Far South Coast of New South Wales. I pay my deepest respects to their Elders, past, present, and emerging, and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who continue to share their wisdom, culture, and connection to this land.
This region, with its breathtaking landscapes, rich biodiversity, and vibrant creative community, holds stories and significance that span countless generations. I honor and celebrate the enduring connection that First Nations Peoples have to this Country, and I strive to reflect its beauty, history, and spirit in all that I do.
